Previous studies of the source 4U 1210-64 (1ES 1210-646) revealed characteristics of both Cataclysmic Variables (CVs) and High-Mass X-ray Binary (HMXB) systems. Observations carried out with the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer (RXTE) All-Sky Monitor (ASM) indicate a period of 6.7 days for 4U 1210-64. We obtained light curves and spectra using the Suzaku X-ray Imaging Spectrometer (XIS) and Hard X-ray Detector (HXD) instruments during an observation in Dec. 2010. The light curve shows exceptionally large amplitude variations in flux. Dividing the light curve into energy ranges, we found no large energy dependent differences in the flux variability. From a spectral analysis of the XIS data, we detected iron emission lines at 6.67 and 6.97 keV indicating the presence of a highly ionized plasma. While these lines from helium- and hydrogen-like iron are observed from Low-Mass X-ray Binaries (LMXBs) and CVs they are not common in HMXBs (with the notable exception of Cen X-3). The data was divided into intensity ranges and as a function of time to compare the emission line strength. While there was some variability in the equivalent width of the lines as a function of intensity, the emission lines show little variability as a function of time. From an analysis of MAXI observations of the source, we confirmed the 6.7 day period observed in the ASM data.
