This paper describes a survey of neutral hydrogen covering the longitude
range from 338.5 to 11 deg and the latitude range from -2 to 2 deg. The
survey was conducted by using the 43-m telescope of the NRAO and has a
velocity resolution of 5 km/s. Sets of latitude-velocity and
longitude-velocity maps are presented.
