Four years of Hα survey data for 35 'classic' Algols are presented. All these Algols have primaries with a spectral type of A or B, a period of less than 5 days, and are visible in the Northern Hemisphere. Data was collected with the 1.02 m reflector at the US Naval Observatory, Flagstaff Station. The survey consists of over 900 spectra. Each system was observed at least once during the four years, with many systems observed several times over several epochs. Difference profiles are calculated for each spectrum, by modeling and subtracting the spectrum of the photospheres of the stellar components. We examined each spectrum for the presence of mass-transfer and the presence of an accreting disk. These studies show that mass-transfer rates, as measured by Hα activity, vary over intervals ranging from days to years. We present prevalence information on mass-transfer activity and disk presence. We also examine correlations between those quantities and secondary spectral type, and between them and orbital separation and the size of the primary.
