This third installment of a survey of late-type southern galaxies is based on 129 UK Schmidt film copies or original plates. It lists morphological types, luminosity classes, and inner and outer diameters for 437 galaxies of type Scd (T = 6) and later, including some peculiar and irregular systems. Table II gives the data for 38 galaxies in the Second Reference Catalogue of Bright Galaxies, and Table III for 399 mainly anonymous objects including many new dwarf systems, some of which have fairly large apparent diameters and are therefore nearby.
