Pickering Seeing Scale, Diffraction Rings, Pupil Function

The Pickering seeing scale judgment is the most popular method for estimating the seeing by observing the diffraction pattern with a telescope. However, the classical method of the Pickering seeing scale estimation is not a perfect method for estimating the seeing when using the refract-reflection telescope with the second mirror, because the effect of the pupil function of the telescope is ignored in this method. This problem has been testified through the numerical simulation and analytical calculation, so that a corresponding supplement should be done to amend the classical Pickering seeing scale estimation, which is just the main subject in this paper.
