Sunspots, Sunspot Cycles

Scientific paper

A comparison is made between the assortment of sunspot groups which
appeared during the declining phase of sunspot cycle 21 (1979-1986) and
the ascending phase of cycle 22 (1987-1991). It is shown that the
quality of sunspot activity of these two phases was different but it was
practically constant within each phase.
