Matrix algebra notation is introduced which extends Dirac abstract vector notation to explicitly describe standard hadrons, leptons and a specific type of 1-brane. The 3x3x3 matrix notation is easily used with the path integral approach to model both strong and weak interactions. The specific 1-brane, called a tripartite string (a type of orientifold), has three extra spatial dimensions and three extra curvature dimensions which are necessary to describe standard particles. The extra spatial dimensions compactify to one area-like metric which, when scaled according to the Randall-Sundrum approach, gives a mass metric which is orthogonal to fundamental particle quanta. A model of photons and the massive, oscillating neutrino is inherent to the tripartite string. R-S scaling is further employed in conjunction with complex gravity to produce a unique cosmological model which inherently explains the cosmological 'constant'. This model of the universe is cyclic in mass and time, where cosmological time is treated as an imaginary metric. It is further established that, for consistency with M/string theory, the 'singularity' of a black hole is in fact finite; and that a tetrahedral structure qualitatively models the source of Galactic Annihilation Fountains.
