Based on proper motions and IR photometry, the samples of 3876 hot and 1225 cool subdwarfs were selected from Tycho-2 and 2MASS catalogues by their color indices and reduced proper motions. The photometric distances of the subdwarfs were estimated via the (J-Ks) - M_{Ks} calibration whereas radial velocities were taken from the PCRV and RAVE DR2. The space distribution of the samples, their kinematics and other properties were analyzed. The cool subdwarfs with J-Ks>0.24 are unevolved halo stars with even and homogeneous spatial and velocity distributions. The hot subdwarfs are a mix of disk, halo and bulge evolved stars with various evolutionary status and showing some overdensities probably related to the LMC and other structures. The samples are almost complete to |Z|=300 pc for cool and |Z|=1 kpc for hot subdwarfs. The local density is 1 hot subdwarf per 14 cool ones.
