Observations of the Einstein Cross 2237+0305 with the TIGER integral field spectrograph have given very significant results on microlensing effects. We confirm the end of microamplification of A after its brief 1988 peak; we measure an important (-0.5 mag) microamplification of B; as it is the continuation of a two-year rise, we attribute it to a cluster of microcaustics. We also measure microdesamplifications of C (+0.16 mag, still evolving, typical of a decrease phase after a microamplification event), and of D (+0.25 mag, rather constant, typical of a low stable phase between two events). Maps in C(III) lambda-(1909) emission line, which are not significantly affected by microlensing, give the mean amplifications of the four quasar images. After correction from galaxy extinction, a very high degree of symmetry is found, with roughly 0.2 mag differences between the images. The spectrographic study also allowed, separating quasar and galaxy, to characterize the deflector core (position angle and ellipticity) and to set to 2% of image A the maximum brightness of the fifth central undetected image.
