We present preliminary results of a study of transient events in the
solar transition region (TR), using observations taken at disk centre on
9 April, 2007 with SOT, XRT and EIS on-board Hinode; CDS and MDI
on-board SoHO, plus TRACE covering the photosphere to corona.
