An interferometric method used to study turbulence within HI disc of the galaxy, which is also applicable for the study of turbulence in the different phases of the Interstellar Medium (IM), is discussed. The influence of anisotropies in HI at large angular scales is considered and the solution of the inverse problem for the correlation functions of density is discussed. It is shown that characteristics of the 21 cm diffuse radiation which can be directly measured by a radiointerferometer correspond to the spectrum of the random density field. This result is extremely important for two reasons. For one thing, the resolution of the modern radiointerferometer is very high. Thus it is possible to study turbulence at smaller angular scale. For another thing, the radiointerferometer signal can be used directly, which is very convenient as this excludes laborious procedures such as an image reconstruction and the solution of an inverse problem. The method can be used to study turbulence with the present day equipment. Spacebased interferometers can enlarge the range of the objects where turbulence can be studied.
