Using a 281 pb-1 data sample comprising 1.8 million D/line D mesons collected at the ψ(3770) with the CLEO-c detector, we measure absolute branching fractions as a function of q2, the invariant mass of the e+νe pair, for D0 → K-e+νe, D0 → π- e+νe, D^ + -> KS0 e^ + ν e and D+ → π0e+νe. We measure the absolute magnitudes of the form factors f_ + K (0) and f_ + π (0). Using unquenched Lattice QCD calculations of the form factor magnitudes, we extract the CKM matrix elements |Vcs| and |Vcd|. Our measurement of |Vcs| is the most precise direct determination to date. An extension of the analysis with the 818 pb-1 complete data set is also discussed.
