Previous spectroscopic and photometric observations of six Beta Cep stars (Gamma Peg, KP Per, BW Vul, Beta Cep, 12 Lac, 16 Lac) and one Beta Cep candidate (V600 Her) are analyzed. Radial velocities are determined, velocity curves are plotted, and light curves are obtained for BW Vul, 12 Lac, and 16 Lac. The results indicate that: (1) the period of Gamma Peg is constant; (2) a beat period is present in KP Per; (3) the primary component in V600 Her may well be a Beta Cep star with variable amplitude; (4) BW Vul experiences a smooth period change of about +1.8 sec/century; (5) the period of Beta Cep continues to increase at a rate of +1.2 sec/century; (6) the rate of period decrease for 12 Lac is slightly less than 0.3 sec/century, slightly irregular, or both; and (7) the light curve of 16 Lac is not sinusoidal.
