This is the second paper in a series describing results of extensive stellar evolution calculations. Evolutionary tracks and isochrones together with systematic calibrations of the main-sequence band and the subgiant region of the HR-diagram in terms of age and mass are given for 10 chemical compositions and two values of the mixing length parameter.
