The peculiarities of the structure of rotational level of the CH-molecule detected in H I and H II galactic region radio-frequency emission, as well as its mechanisms of excitation, are dealt with. It is shown that in the 2 Pi 1/2 CH state, the anomalous variation of Kronig symmetry takes place in transition from rotational lambda-doublet J 1/2 to lambda-doublet J 3/2. The hyperfine constants and lambda-doubling constants are determined. Mechanisms of rotational sublevel excitation are discussed and observational results presented.
