We present the results from quantitative morphological analysis of star-forming galaxies at z > 3 using images from the Great Observatories Origins Deep Survey (GOODS) and the Hubble Ultra Deep Field (HUDF). Based on the analysis of their surface brightness profiles, we find that exponential disk-like morphology is dominant along with substantial fraction of mergers with multiple cores and substructures. The distribution of axial ratios also suggests an extended configuration for the star-forming region. We use the luminosities and sizes derived from the profile analysis to explore the evolution of star formation rates and starburst intensities in star-forming galaxies at high redshifts.
