Scientific paper

Data on three cosmic ray events at energies above 150 MeV during the
21st solar cycle (April 29, 1978; May 7, 1978; and September 23, 1978)
are tabulated and discussed. Measurements obtained from stratospheric
probes and satellites are compared.
