This paper describes the measurement of radial-velocity by using cross-correlation function. Based on this principle, two FORTRAN programs have been written for getting radial velocities. In addition, the observation results of determining radial velocity through echelle photoelectric spectrometer of 85 cm reflector of Beijing Astronomical Observatory is given.
