About 200 H II regions are cioncident with OB stellar concentrations in M33. Their characteristic length is of about 80 pc and they appear to cluster in the same classical stellar associations as those of Humphreys and Sandage (1980). These small dense groups are real OB associations because their stellar content is the same as those in the Galaxy. The radial distributions of blue stars in the H II regions shows that a strong concentration of OB stars is observed at the center of bright H II regions. The dependence of stellar density on the distance from the center of H II regions is proportional to r exp -2.2.
