It is suggested that the discrepancy apparent in the fact that the X-ray and radio pulsar 4U1510-59 has a characteristic age that is several times shorter than its associated SNR, MSH 15-52, may be resolved if the neutron star was formed quietly and the remnant was formed by a relativistic wind, rather than a debris shell. It is noted that the hypothesis that 4U1510-59 may be a member of a class of objects which encompasses PSR0820+02, and the globular cluster X-ray sources, leads to verifiable predictions concerning the proper motion of these objects, as well as of globular cluster dynamics.
