The photoelectric observations of the lunar occultations of 25 stars are obtained in 1982 at the 48-cm reflector of the High-Altitude Observatory of the Sternberg Astronomical Institute near Alma-Ata. The values of stellar angular dimensions for 13 stars or close stellar systems and some other parameters are determined from the analysis of the diffraction patterns registered with resolution time 1 ms. The occultation of SAO 79361 was observed during the total lunar eclipse at 9 January 1982. In the case of the star HR 1997 (the well known astrometric and spectral binary ADS 4392), a duplicity is evidently seen on the trace; this allows the evaluation of a vector separation of ρx ≅ 0arcsec.065. In some cases the values of angular diameters obtained by single-star model reduction are considerably larger than the reasonable indirect evaluations; the author suggests that these stars are close binaries or multiple systems. A table of results including geometric occultation time determinations (with accuracy of 1 - 5 ms) is presented.
