Steady-state solutions of the rotation problem for an axisymmetric solid
satellite whose center of mass moves along a circular Keplerian orbit
are found. The second and third harmonics are preserved in the
decomposition of the force function. In particular, solutions are found
that generalize conical and hyperbolic satellite precession.
