We investigate compressible isothermal and magnetized turbulence focusing on the applications to the interstellar medium. Our recent studies (Kowal & Lazarian, 2007) reveal a good correspondence of our results with the Fleck (1996) model. We present the continuation of this studies corresponding to the role of magnetic field on the scaling relations by comparison of models with different ratios of the magnetic to thermal pressures, the importance of shocks in energy dissipation by comparison of the statistics for the high resolution two and three dimensional models of turbulence. We also study the dependence of compressibility coefficient on the extend of intertial range. Our findings have implications for formation of molecular clouds, star formation and formation of small ionized and neutral structures (SINS).
