The areal density of extragalactic radio sources in the flux density range from 1 to 30 mJy at 2380 MHz is determined by a statistical analysis of the confusion P(D) distribution observed with a 2.8-arcmin pencil beam at Arecibo. Number counts obtained by the P(D) method and by aperture-synthesis surveys are compared. The effective spectral index between 408 and 2380 MHz is found to depend only weakly on 2380-MHz flux density. Observations required for further interpretation of the 2380-MHz number counts are discussed.
