The balance condition for the opposited directed forces of dynamical friction on a galactic satellite from a stellar disk and halo makes it possible to calculate the position of the stationary nearly circular orbit of a disk galaxy's satellite. For a large range of parameters of real galaxies and satellites the orbital radius falls in a narrow interval R = 1.2-1.4 (R = 1 - a stellar disk radius), which corresponds to observations.
