Because of the difficulty of traditional static pointing model for level mounting telescope, a new static pointing model was built for 65cm level mounting space debris telescope in Purple Mountain Observatory. This model is based on actual sources of error, so the model coefficients have clear physical meaning and most of the system errors were rejected. The pointing accuracy is greatly improved to 4''.
