Accurate stellar evolution tracks are employed to model a wide range of starburst clusters. Mass loss from a cluster with 10 exp 9 solar masses can easily generate an accretion luminosity of about 10 exp 47 ergs/s. The SNR is about 1 per year, as required to create the high ionization lines (HILs). The mass of HIL gas is a few MSN, as inferred from observations.
