IFU spectroscopy of two irregular galaxies are presented. Spectra of NGC 6052 and I Zw 207 were taken with DensePak on WIYN in the queue program. The resolution of the spectra is 26 km/s. The wavelengths of Hα in emission are shifted by a maximum of 343 km/s in NGC 6052 and 594 km/s in I Zw 207. Double peak emission lines of Hα in NGC 6052 argue for a rotational component and, assuming a simplistic model of circular motion, we estimate its mass at 6x1010Msun. I Zw 207 has narrow emission lines which, from one end of the galaxy to the other, span 594 km/s. Assuming a simplistic model in which the two components at the edge of the galaxy are orbiting each other, we estimate a mass of 8x109Msun for the whole system. Our goal is to establish a method to determine the masses of irregular galaxies that can be extended to galaxies of similar morphologies at higher redshifts (z>0.5) with 8-10m telescopes using single or multiple IFU spectrographs. We believe this is a robust method and expect to apply it to data originating from the GMOS IFU and CIRPASS instruments at the Gemini telescopes.
