The problem of stability of the equilibrium points in the problem of a mass point in the neighborhood of a rotating triaxial ellipsoid in the three-dimensional case is investigated. It is proved that the libration points situated on the continuations of the minor axis of the equatorial section of the triaxial ellipsoid are stable in the three-dimensional case for the most initial conditions except for two cases, which were proved unstable previously.
