A relativistic solution for a charged fluid sphere with pressure is obtained. The previously developed generalization of Chandrasekhar's (1964) pulsation equation is used to show the effects of electric charge on dynamic stability. It is found that the effects of electric charge on dynamic stability are to decrease the minimum radius at which dynamic stability is possible, and to increase the frequency of the fundamental mode of the permitted pulsation modes.
