The theory of ALGOS that calculate atomic time scale in BIPM is introduced. This article proposes an atomic time algorithm that based on the wavelet decomposition. It can weight every atomic clock according to their frequency stability in different frequency ranges. The experiment results show that the wavelet decomposition atomic time based on this algorithm is better than other algorithms.
