Spitzer MIPS imaging of the galactic supernova remnant (SNR) Puppis A reveals the structure of the infrared (IR) emission of the SNR in unprecedented detail. The IR emission at 24 and 70 microns is very strongly correlated with the X-ray emission, and shows very modest spatial variations in IR color temperature. Spitzer IRS spectroscopy of the bright Eastern Knot, a region where the SNR shock is colliding with an adjacent molecular cloud, reveals that the IR emission is dominated by the thermal continuum of collisionally-heated dust. Comparison of the spectrum of dust in the Eastern Knot with that of dust in the molecular cloud will be examined for signs of ongoing destruction of interstellar dust grains by the passage of the SNR blast wave.
