As a part of our Spitzer GTO program we are conducting a study of eight regions of high-mass star formation with prominent photo-dissociation regions (PDR's) to investigate their content and structure. We present IRAC-Spitzer and Flamingos-NIR observations of the Massive Star Forming Region S255. We used the IRAC colors to identify young stars, to study the spatial distribution of Class I and II objects and to compare it in relation to that of the PDR. We combined IRAC + NIR data to construct the SED of stars from 1.24 to 8 μ m and to determine the persence of accretion disks in stars.
