We have obtained spectra for fifteen very isolated S0 galaxies, using the 2.1 meter telescope at McDonald Observatory in order to determine how S0 galaxies form. We divided our sample into two ranges based on their absolute magnitudes. We noticed that those galaxies falling within the range -20
