We present analysis of optical and X-ray data of four Be X-ray binary systems. Such systems contain a rapidly rotating Be star along with a neutron star and these four are targets for ongoing X-ray observations with the All Sky Monitor aboard the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer satellite. In order to explore relationships between the X-ray flux and optical data, we use a time series of moderate resolution spectra observed with the KPNO Coude Feed Telescope, from which we measure radial velocities and Hα emission strength for each system. Using these data, we examine how the transient X-ray flux is related to Hα emission strength and orbital phase.
