A determination of the atmospheric parameters and abundance analysis of the elements Si, Cr and Fe in a sample of 8 He-weak and 4 He-rich stars is presented; 4 Silicon and 2 normal stars were also included for comparison. These results are derived from high resolution CCD spectra taken in the 460-800 nm range at the 2.1 m telescope of the Complejo Astronomico El Leoncito equipped with an echelle spectrograph. The data have been reduced by means of the IRAF package. For all the stars, we have determined the effective temperature (Teff) and gravity (log g) from Stromgren photometry according to the grid of Moon and Dworetsky as coded by Moon, and we have also used Napiwotzki et al. calibrationfor CP stars if the abundances were indicative of an enhanced metallicity. Model atmospheres were computed with ATLAS 9 program using a metal opacity equal to [+0.5]. SYNTHE and WIDTH9 codes were used for identify spectral lines and derive abundances, respectively. Comparing with the Sun and the normal stars, all the stars studied show a normal abundance of Si, except for the Silicon stars, were this element is overabundant; Cr and Fe are overabundant in different degree. The abundances determined were compared with the predictions of the diffusion theory proposed by Michaud et al.
