Spectroscopic observations of He peculiar stars were performed using the 2.15-m telescope at CASLEO, Argentina. We search for line profile variations with rotational phase originated by the presence of a inhomogeneous distribution of elements. We present radial velocity and equivalent width measurements of H, He and metallic lines. We find that HD 135038 and HD 202671 do not show variations in their spectral lines. HD 133518 shows variations in the line He I λ 4387 and HD 142301 shows line intensity and radial velocity variations with a timescale of ˜ 20 hours that might be due to non radial pulsations or corotating magnetic spots. We also derive mean values of the fundamental parameters: T_{eff}, log g, M_V, M_Bol and spectral type of 15 He peculiar objects by using the BCD spectrophotometric system.
