We present new observations of seven white dwarf candidates in the galactic cluster NGC 3532. Three are spectroscopically confirmed to be hot white dwarfs and cluster members. Two of them have masses close to 0.6 Msun, close to the average mass of field white dwarfs, whereas the mass of the third is about 0.9 Msun. Progenitor masses in the range from 3.6 to 5.7 Msun are derived from the cooling ages and the age of the cluster.
