We report spectroscopic confirmation of M31N 2011-07a, M31N 2011-07b, M31N 2011-08a, M31N 2011-08b. The spectra were acquired with the Double Spectrograph mounted on the 200-inch Hale telescope at Palomar Observatory.
The spectrum of M31N 2011-07a (internally designated as PTF11kie) was obtained on Sept 03.461. The spectrum has a weak continuum and prominent line emissions --- Balmer series, C II 4267, Ne III 4640, He II 4686, Ne I 5686, N II 5679, C II 7234, O I 8446 and N I 9396.
