The results of absolute spectrophotometry for two spectrograms of the Brorsen-Metcalf comet, obtained in the near-infrared range at Sanglokh Observatory at the Institute of Astrophysics, Academy of Sciences of Tadzhikistan, are considered. The numbers of molecules CN and C2 in the head of the comet were found to be equal to (3.87±0.87)×1030 and (3.64±2.26)×1030, respectively. The following values of the band intensity ratios were obtained: 0.42±0.05 for CN(3.1)/CN(2.0) and 0.60±0.10 for C2(3.0)/CN(2.0).
