Observations of two Zwicky compact galaxies, I Zw 92 and III Zw 77, of Seyfert type are presented. It is concluded that in I Zw 92 the bulk of ionization is due to hard photons in the range of 100-200 eV and the abundances are close to solar. III Zw 77 is a Seyfert 1 galaxy in which the electron densities are very high. Weak Fe II lines are detected and also unusually strong forbidden Fe VII lines. As a result of a spectroscopic survey of blue compact galaxies, spectrophotometry of four Seyferts with strong Fe II in their spectra is presented. The morphology and spectra of these objects are described. From the reported data and the data available in the literature, a correlation between the equivalent width of Fe II and absolute luminosity in Seyfert 1 galaxies is given. This may imply a heating source whose relative power increases slowly with absolute luminosity.
