A technique for the recovery of spectrophotometric data from uncalibrated Schmidt objective-prism plates is presented. This method could be applied to any of millions of such spectra which have been obtained over the last 35 years. It is demonstrated on a flare-star spectrum obtained by N. Sanduleak; an interesting absorption feature is noted.
