Scientific paper

From spectral observations the authors consider the object NS 11 to be a
compact H II region with peak density of 1100 cm-3.
Differences in spectral types of exciting stars in optical, IR and radio
ranges may be caused by the effect of strong stellar winds on the
ionization of the nebulae.
