A research program of observations of interstellar clouds in continuum and molecular lines has been carried out at the Institute of Applied Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. With the help of computer controlled radiometrical equipment the authors have made observations at the 22-meter radiotelescope of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory in the 2 - 4 mm wavelength range. The equipment includes a cooled radiometer with the noise temperature of 400 - 450K (DSB). A survey of a large number of clouds in the J = 1-0 HCN line was made. Some sources were observed in the J = 1-0 CO, HCO+ and H13CN lines.
