Olsen has compiled a mixed list of 800 weak-lined dwarfs plus 75 other interesting stars, found by obtaining Strömgren four-color photometry for 14,816 A5 - G0 Henry Draper stars. The author has obtained spectra of 140 of those, selected at random, and found that 97% of the proposed weak-lined dwarfs are indeed such; the remainder are composities (1%) or normal, more luminous stars (2%). Spectral types were generally obtained form the hydrogen line, iron-peak metals, and G bands. Deficiencies in the metallic-line types are compared with [Fe/H] values and Δm1 (metallic strength) indices.
