This paper concerns the classification of more than 150 stars whose spectral types are later than A3-A4 and whose spectra were observed with the sky survey telescope (S2/68) mounted on the TD1 satellite. As in the three previous papers of this series, a statistical study of the spectra is made to establish ultraviolet classification criteria. The scheme thus established permits the separation of Am stars and Ap stars and of a new group of ultraviolet Am stars.
