Spectrophotometric and morphological investigations of the galaxy listed as number 26 by Kazaryan (1979) are reported. The galaxy has a spiral structure with three thin arms. Two bright knots are observed in the brightest arm, and in the direction of this arm, and further out from the center, there is a starlike blue object. The UBV magnitudes of these three objects and of the nucleus were obtained. The red shift of the galaxy is 0.0137 + or -0.0002, and the absolute magnitude of the nucleus is -19.7. The equivalent widths and relative intensities of the lines are shown. The galaxy's electron density of 200 per cubic cm and electron temperature of 12,500 K were determined by S II forbidden line intensity ratios. Both the nucleus and the surrounding bright central region, as well as the starlike object, have an ultraviolet excess.
