The theory of two-component, concentric, and copolar homogeneous spheroids in virial equilibrium is reviewed and extended. Sequences with either the constant ratio of masses and angular momenta and the ratio of axes in one subsystem are derived as well as the constant ratio of masses and the ratio of axes in both subsystems. As a possible application of the theory, galaxies are modeled as two-component (gas + stars) spheroids, with the special rates of star formation and energy dissipation included, and evolutionary sequences are derived. A close agreement is found between the current results and those related to two-component polytropes with polytropic indices equal to zero.
