The relations derived in the present paper express the spatial correlation functions of phasor module and argument. It is shown that the spatial correlation of vector-field polarization is defined by the parameters of the two-dimensional angular spectra of the orthogonal field components, the reciprocal spatial correlation functions, and the scatter of these components. The spatial correlation of the polarization of a wave reflected from the F2 layer is calculated.
