The paper presents results of a detailed study of the phase structure of daytime 15-100 mHz (Pc3-4) ULF waves recorded across an L = 1.85 azimuthal array of ground magnetometers, with station separations between 200 m and 2400 km. Particular consideration is given to the characteristics of azimuthal wave propagation, the wave spatial coherency, and the spatial and temporal properties of phase skips and other features of the phase-time records.
